What did you do as a profession before getting into Real Estate?
I owned my own jewelry/coin business for 42 years

What moved you in the direction of Real Estate?
I have always enjoyed serving people and owned (bought and sold) over 15 properties in the St. Petersburg area.

How long have you been in the business?
Approximately 2 ½ years

Where are you from originally?
I was born in Quincy, Massachusetts

What skills make you successful?
Being a hard worker, reasonably good listener, non -judgmental.
Having self-awareness and a joy for life.

What do you love about what you do?
Helping people find a great new home and to move on.

What do you love about St. Pete?
Having lived here since 1972….. lots!
Warm welcoming inclusive city, the weather is incredible, and the city celebrates diversity. The neighborhoods are so vibrant and everything is walkable.
Some of my favorite places to eat are Grazzi, Engine 9 Burgers, Pom Pom’s and Urban comfort in Kenwood.

Married for 48 years, love to travel to over 80 countries now!
Deeply involved in my church and community.

What is your community involvement?
Metro Wellness, Family Promise (works with housing and feeding homeless families) Kenwood neighborhood association.
As well as Equality Florida, Freefall theatre, St Petersburg Free Clinic and Lakewood UCC.

Do you have a favorite saying or Life Motto?
Helping others helps me, feeding others feeds me

What is so cool about working with the Hotchkiss Group?
Most teams claim to be there for each other but this team truly is.
Sonny, Roxanne and all the team members consistently assist when asked.
Each one inspires me to grow and reach higher.
